The premiere of Command Voice, the opera I've been working on with Likeness to Lily for the past year, is finally happening! We've got a great cast of singers, 11 new songs, stunning new images and video by Justin Waldstein, and a story that builds on themes of military service and injury that Susan and the band have been exploring since we recorded Farewell, Recruit and Bazm-o-Razm. Both performances, Saturday 6/12 at 8pm and Sunday 6/13 at 7pm, will take place in TPAC's lovely 300 seat Theater Two, inside the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
